RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All products are made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
  • Your order number

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

VAT / TAX
